Our Processes

Manganese Phosphate (aka parkerizing)

Manganese Phosphate converts the surface of the material to a corrosion resistant and lubricious finish.

Teflon

By combining heat resistance with almost total chemical inertness, excellent dielectric stability, and a low coefficient of friction, PTFE coatings offer a balance of properties unbeatable by any other material. It also provides an excellent cosmetic finish.

Solid(dry) Film Lube

SFL coatings are specially formulated to provide a tough, durable film for dry lubrication with exceptional abrasion resistance.

Grit Blast

All parts are blasted in house in preparation of finished coatings.
